Millennium Realty Center is seeking a cutting-edge Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist. The position will develop, manage, execute and analyze interactive marketing programs to drive customer response, online traffic and lead generation for the outbound sales cal. The individual should be a strategic thinker with prior experience working with marketing automation, email marketing, CRM, lead scoring/ grading, and with databases.

The Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist should have experience in all facets of lead generation and nurturing. They must be able to evaluate the ways in which Millennium Realty Center customers and prospects engage, and design programs around those needs. They should be able to drive prospective customers to the Millennium Realty Center website, landing pages and to fill out forms by utilizing inbound marketing tools including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and search engines.


The candidate will have 1-3 years experience with these responsibilities:

  • Manage a database of prospective customers for marketing campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge with marketing automation.
  • An understanding of how to drive leads to outbound sales through a CRM.
  • Create email campaigns to drive Millennium Realty Center awareness and to generate leads.
  • Create free webinar training campaigns to market to potential clients.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities, trends and issues vital to developing marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign and revenue results.
  • Communicate with the sales team on marketing campaigns. 


  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in marketing/ sales lead generation (marketing automation, lead generation)
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation (for example, Pardot, Marketo, etc)
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM’s (as it pertains to driving leads to the sales team) and managing a database of prospective customers.
  • A desire to continuously learn more about new inbound marketing technologies and strategies.
  • A keen ability to analyze results to determine what’s working and what isn’t and to adapt.
